Free domestic shipping on all orders over $75, and otherwise calculated at checkout.

Tracking information is emailed within 1-2 days; transit times are based on carrier and delivery zone.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return/exchange items purchased directly from our website within 14 days of delivery.

Outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are processed upon receipt of the items, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

E-mail your return/exchange request to info@concreterituals.com, including your name, order number, and items being returned. Instructions/return label will be sent to you via email.

Exclusions: Products purchased on sale, from a stockist, or at pop-up event, are final, and cannot be submitted for a refund or exchange. Merchandise that is damaged during shipping is not eligible for a refund. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution.
